Smoked beef ribs are a staple in my family. This was my first test with ribs on the Camp Chef WoodWind Pro and the smoker hit them right out of the park. You can use any seasoning you like for this but I used the Angry Beaver Rib Rub (recipe below). The ribs were put on the smoker at 225 F. Every 45 min, chunks of apple wood were added to the pellet grill. The ribs were pulled off the smoker at the 3.5 hour mark and rested for 1 hour. The smoked cranberry cornbread, baked black beans, and sesame cucumber salad will be in another video coming soon.
